Carpathian is a professional storyteller who has appeared at film festivals, Renaissance Faires, haunted attractions and conventions in the U.S. He has been nominated for several awards including Outstanding Media Presentation for his CD "3 Tales of Carpathian". His stories run the gamut from classic campfire tales to macabre fables. See the Flier!
Story time will be on Sunday, October 30th. The first story telling will be at 3:30 p.m. at Howonquet Hall Community Center in Smith River and a repeat story telling will be at the Del Norte County Library at 6:00 p.m. Wear your Halloween costumes!
Recology Craft Time!!!!
Bring the kids for the library's FREE recycled art program. On the second Thursday in November and December at 4:00 p.m. until closing @ the library. Children of all ages are welcome! Please bring an adult if you're under 8 years old. This program is sponsored by Recology Del Norte and Julindra Recycling.

The Mac users group meets on the 3rd Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the library. Mac users as well as iPad, iPod and iPod Touch users are welcome to attend.

The Gluten/Food Allergy patient support group will be meeting at the library on the 1st Saturday of each month @ 12:30. All interested are welcome to attend.
